How to make the filled value from the sent email automatically fill in the form.

It sounds possible but I'm not completely sure what you're looking to achieve. Do you mean that the in the manager approval, there would be a field that the manager fills in and you want it to update the "Number" field on your form? 

Or do you mean that in the notification, you want to send the creator the details in the "Number" field?
