how to know who start or send the process

Sounds like you are looking for the "originator" of the process. This is the term we use for the person who started a process. Depending on how your process was configured, the originator might be a service account in some cases..

If you want to check who the originator is you will be able to see this in the process instance report from workspace, or you can use the property via the API to display this on your page.
