Here i installed VisualStudio 2003 and k2.net 2003 servicepack 4, everything working fine.Now as per client requirements i have to install Visual Stdio 2005 and there is no need of Visual Studio2003. For that i have to delete both Visual Studio 2003 and k2.net2003 after that i install Visual Studio 2005 then k2.net 2003 or it is enough to install Visual Studio2005 keeping remaining same.Any help is appriciated.

I haven't had the need to do this myself yet but I think your safest option would be the uninstall/reinstall option.

Visual Studio 2005 (.NET 2.0) should be able to reside on the same machine as Visual Studio 2003 (.NET 1.1) as they both use different versions of the .NET Framework.
K2.net 2003 can also coexist with both, however it can only run on either .NET 1.1 or .NET 2.0. This must be set for the K2 Server Service as well as all instances of the K2.net Studio designer (you'll want to make sure that all K2 components are running on the same .NET Framework version, which in this case is most likely 2.0). KB #154 provides instructions of how to configure the .NET framework within K2 components ( http://kb.k2workflow.com/articles/kb000154.aspx).
