Hi all,

I have a huge list with some thousand entries. Now I need to know which of these have NOT uniue permissions (most of them have). I hoped that there is something like GetAllUniqueRoleAssignments whithin , but there is not:

Any ideas how to get this info?

Michael,

This task may be difficult to perform via a workflow action. I would suggest look at list settings > list permissions and then viewing all items with unique permissions. Its easier doing that. Which version of SharePoint are you on?

Hi Eric,

No chance, currently I have more that 10k items within the list; trying to display all unique ones leads to a warning message "there are more items than could be displayed..." It is SharePoint 2016.

Cheers
