How to find manager's manager? I use 3 steps Workflow. I can assign Initiator and manager but icannot find Manager of the Manager.

If you have User Profile Services running you can use the Query User Profile action to query for your manager's manager.   Otherwise you can use the Query LDAP action to do the same thing to get that info directly from Active Directory.
