I've created two smart objects.

1) Employee Details - Name, Phone Number

2) Department - Department ID, Department Name

I want to create a single view with below controls :-

Employee Name, Department Name

Please advice if this is possible to take columns from multiple SmartObjects and showing into single view / form.

Thanks.

You can do that with a Composite SmartObject.  You probably want DepartmentID to be a field in your Employee Details SmartObject.
