Hi all,

I am creating a document set with the workflow action "Office 365 Creat List Item Or Document Set.

This works pretty well...

In that document set I have a column with type "managed metadata". Unfortunately I am not able to get values into that column, I always receice error notifications:

My questions is:

Which type is used for managed metadata metadata? Is "Threading" the right choice?

Here are some example error messages I already have received:

  • [Kanal0]: Die angegebene GUID ist im Terminologiespeicher nicht vorhanden.
  • Required field 'Kanal(Invalid)' must be specified.
  • Some parameters failed the validation check.
     - [InputMetaDataXml] : Value 'Alle Monitore' for field 'Kanal' type 'Guid' is not in a correct format.

Cheers

Please keep in mind: the user must have sufficient rights in order to create terms within the termstore!
