I'm using Sharepoint site in Arabic language, and the date field is showing calendar in Hijri. As per the requirement of the form I'm building it should be Gregorian calendar. How do I change the language setting of that field?

Hi,
the language settings of date field depends on the regional settings of the sharepoint site..if you need a Gregorian calendar, you could change Calendar Type there (it will affect all calendar in the same site)

+8Thanks for your reply. I have made sure that regional settings were the correct ones, yet still showing hijri months. Is there any way to overwrite the month names? So far this is the only problem.
