I'm not sure if it should be on this thread, by I think it's connected with Nintex.
How do I adjust the Approve/Reject page? I've been looking out so long and haven't found a solution. I'd like to adjust all three sections - Výsledek (result), Komentář (commentary), Vlastnosti položky (Item properties).
Lead me to the right path, please.

since we are inside the nintex community, there is only one valid answer to your question:
Use Nintex Forms ;)
Do you have Nintex Forms available already? If so, you can edit this form from within the workflow that creates the task. Inside your task action you will have the possibility to edit the task form with nintex forms.
If you dont have nintex forms, infopath or sharepoint designer could be other options to edit this form.

In our company we do not use Nintex Forms, unfortunately. Unfortunately do not use Sharepoint Designer, neither InfoPath.
