I would like to print out the workflow on a plotter or export just the visual part of the workflow to visio or something. I need to give end users a picture of this work flow. Any ideas?

Have you tried printing directly from VS? With the KPRX open in VS, click File | Print (or Ctrl-P).
+11In the process designer in Visual Studio you can CTRL+Drag to select an area and it will be copied as an image to the clipboard. This is handy if you want to have an image of the diagram to include in other documentation.
