Symptoms
A "flickering" behavior was reported on a form when submitting, accompanied by the "spinner" while a rule is running.
Diagnoses
Tried checking the form-level option to disable spinners, but it did not change the behavior.
Resolution
This is a known issue, with no workaround currently available. We have linked this ticket to the open TFS.
