How do I get the PDF Converter to attach a PDF of a K2 form

I've followed the instructions here:

I can get it to work with any other web page, but when I plug in the runtime URL of an Appit form, I get a blank/empty PDF
Resolution
Setting the Anonymous Access on the Display to true resolved the issue.
