How do I change the default Queue refresh from 10 minutes?

You have to reset it using K2 Service Manager once the process is exported.

Is there a way to remove old queues that were created from an old version of Process from the database?

e.g. Process "Trip Request" created "Trip Approver" dynamic queue name, the 2nd version of the process renamed it to "Trip Request Approver".

Now it shows up both queues in K2 Manager. How do we remove "Trip Approver" dynamic queue?

Currently, there is no way to remove an old Destination Queue. You can either name a new queue the same as an old queue and re-export - which will overwrite the existing data OR make the refresh interval for the unused queues VEEERRRRYYY long.
