I am new in sharepoint and i have a requierment to convert Nintex form in to PDF and then need to send it as an attachment in email. Can someone guide me how it possible.

You can enable the "show print" button and manually print to PDF.
Also, within a workflow you can email a read-only link to the item. The receiver can print to PDF (if the show print button is enabled).
