still not sure what are you trying to do and what's exactly the problem ...

if you are trying to export list using 'Export to excel' function/icon from List ribbon then note that's sharepoint's function and repeating section is nintex structure/functionality. so sharepoint can not interpret and/or export repeating section field in a user readable form. for sharepoint it's just a text field with XML content.

anayway, if you export it to excel it should export whole repeater XML. so I'm not sure what you mean you get only first row exported. maybe you just need to enlarge excel cell?
