Symptoms

Issue:

The following errors occur on the K2 server repeatedly, flooding the logs: 

64005 Failed to resolve '2': K2:XXXXDomain Users.

64007 Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_Identity_IdentityUpdate'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'Identity.IdentityUpdate'. The duplicate key value is (2, 0x0a41aca990346cd0c9c00647bfd50273, 2, 3).
The statement has been terminated.

This is a known issue. There is an existing coldfix available
