Hide buttons based on group membership

New to Nintex, this is my first form. Thanks to this forum's posts and Nintex articles, I've set up the tabs (choice field rendered as buttons), the panels, and the fields placed in the panels. I see how to hide panels with rules based on tab choice. However, we also (in addition) need to hide some of the tabs based on group membership: Let all users see tab A. Hide tab B and C if user not in IT Staff. Hide tab D if user not in Managers or IT Staff. How do I do this? preferably without Javascript because I don't know it.

    Welcome :)

    You can use the appearance expression to see if the user is a member of a group:

    Double click the button in the forms designer to open the settings. 

    Expand the appearance section and change visibility to expression

    Enter the expression like the image:

    Doesn't that just hide all tabs for everyone except IT Staff? What's the full expression to "hide these tabs if not IT Staff, and hide this tab if not Manager Approvers or IT Staff?
