Hello,

I am quite new to Nintex Forms (former InfoPath geek) and seeking some guidance.  I have a project to design a form to replace a current method of generating/tracking work authorizations.  I have imported the Excel table into a list with with multiple columns.  I have generated the lookup control for the charge code which works fine.  My hurdle is there are about 250 different charge codes and I need to set the value of about 5 other fields on the form based on each charge code.

Since I already have the information within a list, I'm looking for the easiest method of accomplishing this.  I have read the forum content and haven't found much on calculated fields based on a large number of lookup choices.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Can you please clarify your question as it appears that you have answered your own question which is to use calculated value controls to pull the 5 other columns based on the initial charge code selected.
