Hi
I've got a Flow which was working fine. Now when a Flexi task is assigned and I click on the Respond to the Task link I get:

I'm not getting anything from the Correlation ID and if I click onto the Web Parts Maintenance Page its says:

If I click to reset it gives me the following warning:
Which I'm very wary of doing! Anyone had this before? It works as a Multi-task outcome, and the exact same action works in a test version, it's only when I switch to a Nintex form? All help appreciated!
