Hi All,


Am I right in stating this ?


1>Whenever a task is assigned to a Group, then a WorkList is created for each user in the group, and each WorkListItem will have a unique Serial Number ? i.e., Serial Number is not the same for each user.


2>If one user opens the Worklistitem then the Status becomes OPEN for it and ALLOCATED for all other Users in the Group. Then if he/she sleeps the WorkListItem , then the status becomes SLEEP for it and AVAILABLE for all other users.


Please forgive me for giving such a Subject Name.

    Thanks a lot for replying.


    I have still one doubt. U have mentioned "assuming the activity is configured for 1 slot".


    What happens if I create a slot for each destination ? How will the Status change occur ?
