Symptoms

 


After upgrade from 4.6.8 to 4.6.11 SharePoint groups are not available via Smartobject Tester UMGroup SmartObject or via K2 Workspace

 

 

 

SharePoint Group Providers configuration (User Managers > SP > Group Provides) hasn't been changed and shows correct Group Providers listed.

 

 

 

Identity.Identity table contains all required groups.

 

 

 

Event Viewer/K2 logs contain the following errors:

 

 

 

0 SharePointRoleProvider.GetGroups: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: An unexpected failure was encountered when contacting SharePoint to get information from the group provider xxxx-xxx: Cannot find column Label]. > System.Data.EvaluateException: Cannot find column Label].

 

 

 

"Error","IdentityService","64007","IdentityServiceError","IdentityService.ProviderFindGroups","64007 An error occurred during Group provider search, and no results were returned Cannot find column nLabel].
 

 

Diagnoses

 


This is known issue where groups are not available via Workspace which occurrs afrer upgrade to 4.6.11
