Diagnoses
Error message when you try to browse a Web page that is hosted on IIS 7.0: "HTTP Error 404.7 – FILE_EXTENSION_DENIED"
Resolution
During our webEx meeting it was found that .Rules extension (all forms on their environment have .Rules extension) was added to IIS request filtering. After removing this designer and runtime site started working.
