Symptoms
I have an Email Event in an Activity, and need to obtain the Destination User 's Name and Email Address of this Activity. But no matter what I use I get strange results, e.g. the Activity Destination Instance "Name" property returns the server name, and the email address is always blank.
Diagnoses
The esculation rule was firing too quickly to obtain the information need to pass along the email.
Resolution
Changed the escalation rule to escalate the event after 5 to 10 mins to see the E-mail render correctly.
