We are using Nintex for sharepoint version 12, and we counldn't get the form data saved to the nintex form without connecting a column to list. Is there any method, we could save the non-connected control to the connected control and save to the list view? All we need is an automated process to save the form data to the list column control without using Query XML as we don't have the action with Nintex workflow designer version 12.

Not sure what version 12 of Nintex is but is there any reason why you do not have the Query XML action? It is a standard action that comes with Nintex Workflow.
Without using the Query XML action this would be a very manual process.
You would need to run a workflow that reads the Form Data column and updates the information into a Multi Lines of Text column configured as plain text and then manually sort through the xml to get the information you need and update a column with it.
With the query XML action you could automate the whole process.
