We have installed SQL UM. We can connect to service manager using external authentication but doesn't connect using windows authentication. How we can revert back to Windows Authentication instead of using SQL UM. If we use "Windows Authentication" , we can message "Authentication with Server Failed".

You can not use SQLUM authentication AND ADUM (Windows) authentication together. You need to pick one and stick with that. Your easiest solution would be to uninstall SQLUM through 'Add/Remove Programs' - K2.net should revert back to default ADUM settings. Remember to stop the K2Server before you do this.
Which version of K2.net 2003 are you running?
