Our end users doesnt like the fact that email gets sent as K2service or *personal details removed*. can we change this to show up as compnay domainname?

+14AFAIK you can request a change in the display name, ie it will display in the mail as MYCOMPANY but the underlying email address will still be the Appit email. ie KUID@Appit.com.
For a request like this you'll have to open a K2 Support ticket.
