Found the error when upgrade K2 version 4.6.8 to 4.6.9
 

Diagnoses

There was an issue during smartforms upgrade from 1.0.7 to 4.6.9. The following errors were encountered when configuring the K2 database:
1. On the Configuration Status: K2 Databases – Incomplete
2. On the Configuration Analysis: Database Health
K2: 4.12165.107.0
Expected database version: 4.12165.109.0
The following database errors were detected:
Invalid column name ‘FullName’

The same error also appears during reconfiguration.
