I'm trying to lookup a list from another site collection. I want to be able to show users the existing software applications our enterprise has. This is stored in a list, on a different host-named site collection.
In Nintex Forms, I tried both the 'List View' and 'List Lookup'. When I enter the URL for the other site, I get the message:
"Loading the available lists failed. Please check the URL you have provided is a valid URL within the current site collection".
Am I getting this because we use host named site collections? Other articles and posts seem to indicate it is possible to query across site collections but I can't seem to.
