We have a custom list in SharePoint 2013 on-premise.
When we try to publish a Nintex form (imported from another similar list or just the default one), we have an error : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

to confirm are you able to publish any nintex forms on say a brand new custom list with out of the box nintex form designer?
I would say the issue is with the imported form then. you say the lists are similar but not identical?
+2No not identical but i don(t thnik so because the problem is the same with the default Nintex Form (with all colums or with only the title).
+2The solution was found. There was a wsp feature that activated some EventReceiver, origin of the problem.
The feature have been deactivated and now it's ok. Thanks.
