I edited my form and the preview looks good.
I published, now the form is missing entire sections at the top.
And some sections are not showing in the same order as in the Preview.
Any ideas to as why this would occur?
I appreciate the help!
Form previews accurate but once saved/published - it does not match Preview.

+1@SimonMuntz Here of some screenshots of the Published form and of the form in preview mode. The published screenshot is last. I only edited the text in the first section "Please read prior to entering request" and moved the rest of the fields up a little once I updated the first section. I did not adjust any rules or order - upon checking those it does not appear there are any rules set to any field.
