Symptoms


The Form load was presenting a "Sorry, something went wrong." issue when loading the forms.
 

Diagnoses


After reviewing the setup settings for the K2 Mobile App and troubleshooting steps, everything was set correctly. We discovered that there were some records in the claims table using HTTPS which was not correct.
 

Resolution

We ran the K2 BLackPearl setup manager to fix this and use the HTTP bindings. We also set the hostname to use the fqn exposed to the internet. We ran the K2 SmartForms Setup Manager to update the use of the new STS URL. The service account password was also updated.

After we performed all these actions we were able to load the form using the K2 Mobile App.
