Diagnoses
Smartforms Runtime URL unable to be accessed externally when Forms authentication is enabled. When Windows Authentication is set on the Runtime site, there are no issues
Resolution
We edited the runtime site entries in the Manage Realm Issuers form to include K2 Forms STS
