Hi all
I am looking for some advice, being new to Nintex, on creating a workflow that triggers when a ticket is created. It lets the person who is assigned to a ticket know it has been create and then reminds them if the ticket has not been updated in 15,45 and 90 days, before escalating it.
My first thought was to use Flexi-task because f the reminders functionality, but I think they are for approvals only? I don't want the item to be approved, just live until it has been closed and take appropriate action to remind and if needed, escalate via email notifications.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
