I was actually trying to build this in Infopath, but ran into multiple issues using it. So I will try Nintext to see how much easier it is. I am doing this on Nintex Forms in SP2016.
Issue: Need to take three different populated fields and display multiple results in one field in a format.
Objective: I need to take the information from Application & Date and display information in a Multi line text field.
The three fields that will be populated are called: Application (this is a lookup field from another list)
Date which includes hour and minutes. For Date, I need to be able to determine if it is a weekday or weekend. For the Hour field that is included in the date, will also be used to determine what is being pulled from a separate list. (This is a different list than what was mentioned previously)
The separate list on the same site called KPI has the following columns. Application, Day (Weekday or Weekend are the only choices), Time (displayed as hour 12AM, 1AM, etc..), KPI Type (Number of users logged in, EPA Counts, Docs Searched, etc...) and Cummalative Value (shows a number).
I need to display all the KPI types along with Cummalative Values on the Multi-line field called Display KPI. Ex: EPA Counts - 2560
If I need to add more fields, I can certainly do that. I will need to see how this is done. A step by step is not really needed, but would be helpful.
