I'm interested to know what external user accounts will be able to participate in a NWC Workflow? Can we have AAD or Live accounts logging in to participate in a workflow?
I'd also like to be able to have a NWC Workflow provision these accounts..

Great question. We are exploring how to bring in external users and persist them through the workflow without necessary granting them access to change and modify anything within the tenant. This is part of a larger governance story we are exploring.
