Greetings everyone, is it possible to export kprx files to .vsd or in any other format and pass that on to users. So that they can open and see the process ( and they do not need to have Visual studio and stuff). ?

Not really as you need a designer tool to interpret the kprx file. But you could do a snapshot of the canvas using the Copy function icon on the toolbar (which is like a screencapture).
