Symptoms

Executing RenameDocumentById method on SharePoint SmartObject brings the Whole K2 Service Down.
 

Diagnoses

Have tested one of the existing form running it brings the whole service down. It seems the method RenameDocumentById once executed brings the k2 service down.

Scenario

1)Generate Smartobjects for any Document Library
2)Upload a Document
3)Execute the method RenameDocumentById in smart object tester.
4) K2 service is down.

Only error Log found in event viewer.

The K2 blackpearl Server service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).
