Symptoms


Unable to complete K2 Setup Manager when trying to configure Exchange Integration for Exchange online. The following error was thrown:
“The EWS URL could not be validated”

 

Diagnoses


It appeared that the issue was caused by Exchange online for the K2 Service Account is not completed set up. Customer was unable to connect to mailbox and EWS URL.

 

Resolution

After mailbox for the K2 Service account has been set up and that the mailbox of the K2 Service account was accessed successfully vie OWA, the issue was resolved.
