How do I edit the code behind for an escalation rule of an activity? When I right-click on an activity and select view code, there is no such option.

+8I believe the reason why they don't expose the escalation code from activity level is that there can be multiple escalations for a single activity (this multiple code blocks).
So to edit the code, you just need to configure a simple escalation rule using the wizard, after which you can select the new Escalation and you'll see a "View Code" icon in the "Escalations" window. From there you can edit the rule code and the action code.
