Escalation Hierarchy

Hi All,

Can this hierarchy of escalation be acheived in K2 :

User Group > User Group Manager > Parent Group > Parent Group Manager > Internal Administrator.

I am using SQLUM .

I think to acheive this hierarchy, SQLUM table needs to be customized.

Pls guide.
