Escalation based on date entered in form
+6I am trying to get an escalation to kick off after an activity has exceeded its "expected duration" but the duration is different for each process instance. I was going to store the escalation date in a Process Data Field but it appears the Escalate On type will not take a variable. Anyone know how I can arrange this?

Have you selected the 'Dynamic' option (see attached screenshot)? You should be able to select Process/Activity data fields as the basis for the escalation

I'm not sure, unfortunately I don't recall how it looked pre-SP1. This screen shot was definately from an SP1 environment.
+6Thats alright. I ended up upgrading the system to SP1 yesterday and I now see the correct field above to set the date. Thanks for the help
