Error While trying to start Workflow

Dears ,
We have error sometimes when trying to start workflow via API "K2WFConnection.StartProcessInstance(proc, false)"
the error as below :
" 28083 Logging Framework Error, MsgID=28083 (Message Not Found) "
"at SourceCode.Workflow.Client.InternalConnection.Call(ArchiveX ar, MessageType msgtype)
at SourceCode.Workflow.Client.Connection.StartProcessInstance(ProcessInstance ProcInst, Boolean Sync) "
kindly can provide us what is the reason for this error and how we can solve it .

It was found that the config was pointing to other k2 server. after running the setup manager in configure mode issue was resolved
"
