Error while testing K2 Connect
 

Diagnoses

We are building a new K2 environment. We have configured K2 Connect for blackpearl version 4.7 but the connection test throws an error.

The PROD connection string that is returning an error works fine on a different environment. We have tested this connector with a connection string for the UAT environment and that connects successfully. We have also added the tcp port entries to the drivers/etc/services file as is the case on our other environment that uses the same connection string. Telnet to those ports works fine.

Can you please change the PASSWORD parameter in your connection string to PASSWD .
