Hello,

When I save a form with Nintex Live settings and then publish the form I get the following error message:

pException: Could not get form visualizer configuration.]

   Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.LiveForms.LiveFormsHelper.GetConfig() +1412

   Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.LiveForms.LiveFormsHelper.GetFormConfigurationLookup(String parameterName) +142

   Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.ApplicationPages.PublishConfirm.BuildSupportedControls() +129

   Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.ApplicationPages.PublishConfirm.OnLoad(EventArgs e) +206

   System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() +66

   System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) +2428

Has anyone come across this before and had it resolved?

Does it also happen on a simple form?

Could you send us the form?

If Nintex Live is working (see my other ticket) I can create a desktop form. As soon as I try to publish a smart phone layout, ipad or other type of layout I get the error.

This only happens in Live forms. I can create forms without the Live settings.

I can't send you the form because when I try to create the layout it won't publish.

Hi Andrew Robinson,

I can see you are in contact with one of our Service Engineers @support. We will endeavor to assist you via the live meeting/private emails and will update this post once we have rectified or suggested our solution.

Thank you,
