Symptoms

Error when try to open the code event for a process kprx file:When openning a workflow which has been developed earlier, and when ever I try to open the default server event (code) event, I got the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error for all the code event and for all projects.
I tried to repair K2 blackpearl and K2 smartforms and I'm still getting the same error.
Please advise.

 

Diagnoses

This is not K2 Studio related and the same will happen if you create a proj in VS save it, close VS and browse to the KPRX location and only open the KPRX file. Best is to open the Proj file or create an Empty project and add the KPRX then the saving will work.
It seems like we need the project hierarchy to successfully save.
