Error when approving / accessing SharePoint Nintex Form

Hi Nintex Fam,

 

Just want to ask if you encounter this error message when accessing / approving a Nintex Form?

I can access the SharePoint site, but when I go to a list item's Nintex Form to approve it, an error is thrown saying: "Something went wrong. We're sorry. There is a problem loading the license"

See attached screenshot of the error. This is being accessed using a tablet.

    Hi,

    I have seen this on PC but not on a tablet.
    Is it a Windows Tablet by any chance?
    If it is, use Chrome or Firefox to open the New Responsive Form in Windows 7 or Windows 8.
    The New Responsive Form does not support IE 11 for an Operating System older than Windows 10.
