Error 2601, Level 14, State 1, Procedure aDeploy, Line 917Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'Form.Event_Design' with unique index 'UX_Form_Event_Design_ContextID_SourceID_SourceTypeID_TypeID_Name'. The duplicate key value is (4b99ee41-942f-4b7c-969f-cf14e9b64e37, 73a47167-b4bf-a357-a928-174873c915c8, 3, 1, OnClick).

We have seen this issue in many tickets before, we tried the various workaround suggested in these tickets, however it did not work

The developers provided the client with a codefix which resolved their issue.
