Diagnoses
It was found that the From Address value in the Environment Template was incorrect. Whenever there is a deployment of workflow, the string values in the Environment Templates will overwrite the String Table values.
Resolution
Issue was resolved after changing the From Address in the String table as well as the Environment Template to the correct value.
