Error submitting Infopath form in process

I begin a process by having a user fill out an Infopath form. The k2 task pane appears on the right with a submit button. However, when I submit, I receive an error saying it cannot submit the Infopath form. It goes onto suggest it cannot connect to the datasource...

I'm hoping this may be an issue others have run into and might have a common solution. The entire project built fine in k2 studio (including Infopath and Sharepoint activities) so I'm not sure what the problem could be.

Any ideas?
