Resolution
Usually this error occurs because the Microsoft Report Viewer Redistributable (v. 2005 SP1/2008/2008 SP1) prerequisite indicated in the documentation (http://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2blackpearl/userguide/1420/webframe.html) has not been installed on all SharePoint servers.
Please ensure that this has been installed on ALL SharePoint servers.
